Now that you have a Sweet, you will need to do a certain type of spin to get a particular style of Alcremie. The Sweet that your Milcery holds will determine what decoration will be in Alcremie's hair! As far as we know right now, there's seven total sweets: Berry Sweet, Clover Sweet, Flower Sweet, Love Sweet, Ribbon Sweet, Star Sweet, and Strawberry Sweet. If you are able to defeat them, you will be rewarded with one of the Sweet items. You can battle the man behind the counter once per day. You can also go to the Battle Cafe in Hamerlocke to get more of these. 
You will see a Poke Ball on the ground, grab it to obtain the Strawberry Sweet item. Make your way to the right and then up the large staircase. Now that we have our Milcery, we will need to fast travel over to Hammerlocke to collect one of the ingredients you will need to evolve the Pokemon.
